How do I join the loyalty program?

As soon as you make a purchase in store or online, you'll automatically become a member of the loyalty program and will start accumulating points right away. You don't need do to anything else.

How does it work?

For every dollar that you spend online or in store, you will receive one point. For every 500 points you will receive a $50 Voucher.

Are my points linked in store and online?

If you use the same email address and customer details, your account will be linked for both online and in store sales.

Do my points expire?

You can shop with us at any of our stores across the state or online and your points will accumulate over time. They don't expire!

How do I see how many points I have?

When you make a purchase in store or online, your receipt will show a points tally.

How long is my voucher valid for?

Your voucher will be valid for 4 weeks from the date of issue.

Can I use my voucher on sale items?

You can use your loyalty voucher on anything you like!

Is there a minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend for your voucher. If you spend under $50, the remaining amount will remain active until the expiry date.

Is my voucher valid both online and in store?

If your voucher is generated with an online sale (i.e. you reach your 500 points by making an online purchase) your voucher will be valid only online. If your voucher is generated with an in-store sale, your voucher will be valid only in store. If you would like to change your voucher from online to in store or vice versa, simply contact our friendly staff at customerservice@yeltuor.com.au

My voucher has expired. What now?

Unfortunately, once your voucher passes its expiry date it cannot be used. Please make sure to keep an eye on the expiry date! If you are having trouble finding something you like within the time frame, consider investing in some of our Tani basics, or ask our team for advice. We are here to help with anything you need.
